REGISTRATION FEE

1. Registration Fee is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

2. Due to limited seat availability for the Conference, registration will only be confirmed upon the receipt of FULL registration fees on first-come-first-serve basis.

3. Registration will be closed on 5th May 2023 (extended from 2nd May 2023). Payment must be received by 5th May 2023 at 12:00pm.

4. Please bank-in / online transfer your payment to Kelab Sukan dan Kebajikan ILKKM Seremban (Pembantu Perubatan) at 505130202149 (Maybank). Please indicate that the purpose / reference of payment as ‘NWCC 2023' and your name.

5. Please make payment and download the payment proof before you register at the above registration link as you are required to upload the payment proof during the registration process.

6. If you are paying your registration fee via Local Purchase Order (LPO), you are required to register online too. Please send the e-pelawaan of LPO to Kelab Sukan dan Kebajikan Institut Latihan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (Pembantu Perubatan) Seremban (e-Perolehan number: eP-0505K0008). Once your LPO is approved, it is the participant responsibility to send it to the Secretariat a copy of the LPO (in a clear and legible PDF format) via email at NWCC2023@yhmevents.com by 2nd May 2023. Failure to do so will result in Auto-Cancellation of your registration. Alternatively, if the LPO couldn't be obtained by 5th May 2023, please make the Registration Fee payment via online transfer as per the details in item (d) above and email the payment proof to NWCC2023@yhmevents.com.

7. If you require any supporting documents for LPO application and company payment processing, kindly email to NWCC2023@yhmevents.com. 

8. Registered Pre-conference Workshop delegate is entitled for admission into your selected workshop hall only.

9. Registered Main Conference delegate is entitled for e-certificate of attendance, admission to all Scientific Sessions, admission to the Trade Exhibition, Refreshments during Tea Break and Lunch.

10. Registered and paid delegate will received an e-confirmation letter 1 week prior to the Conference. Please show your e-confirmation letter at the Registration Desk on the day of Conference for fast tracking of registration.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• No refunds for cancellations. If you are unable to attend the Conference for any reason, you may substitute your registration with the same delegate category by arrangement with the conference secretariat. Please write to NWCC2023@yhmevents.com.

• The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.

ADMISSION TO THE CONFERENCE VENUES

• Strictly NO ADMISSION to the Scientific Sessions and Trade Exhibition without Name Badge.

• Admission strictly reserved to Delegates with Name Badge.

• Delegates are required to wear the Name Badge throughout the entire Conference.

• For lost badge, an issuance fee will be imposed and chargeable at RM 200.00.

LIABILITY

The Organising Committee will not be liable for any personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of delegates during the duration of the Conference. Delegates are advised to arrange for appropriate insurance coverage during the Conference period.

DISCLAIMER

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all aspects of the Conference as mentioned will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves prerogative to make appropriate changes should the needs arise.

OTHERS

Personal particulars collected by the appointed Event Agency will only be used in relation to this event only. These personal particulars will be automatically deleted from the database after the Conference has concluded.
