Administrative Leadership: Oversee all counseling department operations in alignment with educational policies and the Principal's directives.
Strategic Development: Research and formulate short, medium, and long-term development strategies and specialized research initiatives.
Program Evaluation: Assist counseling personnel in planning, implementing, and evaluating all counseling-related programs and workflows.
Meeting Management: Chair and preside over all departmental and working meetings within the Counseling Office.
Parental Engagement: Proactively develop and promote continuing education and growth programs for parents.
Resource Integration: Effectively utilize community resources and collaborate with academic research to enhance counseling outcomes.
Special Education Oversight: Coordinate and integrate the management of all specialized programs (Gifted, Music Gifted, Music Talent, Resource Room, and Itinerant Classes).
Ad-hoc Assignments: Execute other temporary tasks and duties related to counseling and special education as assigned.
