About Lena's

Lena’s was first opened more than 30 years ago by Lena and Kerney Saltzman. Since then, they have developed only the finest authentic Cajun seafood dishes that satisfy any appetite. Whether you order our crab and shrimp gumbo or crawfish fettuccine, you will surely get that distinct Cajun flavor.

Some of our recipes are more than 100 years old, having survived the test of time. We are proud of our heritage, and what better way to show it than through our cooking?

Unfortunately, Lena passed away in 2021 at the age of 88. However, her family continues to dedicate themselves to building upon the rich, lasting legacy Lena has created and nurtured over the past three decades.

We are proud to offer these dishes to you. We are proud to honor the legend that is Lena. The Cajun flavor, and the love she put into it, simply can’t be beaten!
