Ms. Nilam Jadhav

      Ms. Nilam Jadhav is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara, where she has been associated with the institution since July 2026. She holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with a Gold Medal from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. She has also qualified the SET (State Eligibility Test) in 2019, conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune, and holds a B.Ed. degree from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai.With over 11 years of teaching experience, Ms. Jadhav  Nilam has taught Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Chemistry students..She has actively participated in several Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and Short-Term Training Programs (STTPs) to enhance her subject knowledge, teaching methodologies, and professional competencies.Her academic qualifications, extensive teaching experience, and commitment to continuous professional development contribute to her role in delivering quality education and supporting the overall academic growth of students.
