Dr. T. R. Shinde is currently working as an Associate Professor and Head in Mechanical Engineering Department at Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara, Maharashtra, India, a position he has held since June 2022. With a Ph.D. in Material Science and Metallurgy from COEP Technological University, Pune, Dr. Shinde has over 13 years of teaching experience and 5 years of industrial experience. He has published numerous papers in international journals, focusing on die steels, cryogenic treatment, wear and fatigue of tool steels, and has contributed to various academic projects and patents.
