YDN is accepting nominations for Cohort VIII of the Creciente Latinx Leadership Program, beginning July 2026 and continuing through February 2027.

Creciente is an in-person leadership program for individuals in the Latinx community and those who value Latinx leadership in the Sacramento Region. The program strengthens leadership capacity to influence business and civic decision-making.

Participants are committed to personal growth, community engagement, and socially responsible leadership, and are motivated to serve the Sacramento Region through meaningful involvement in their organizations and communities.
