Appointment Request

Students must complete the Counseling Appointment Request Form to schedule a meeting with their counselor. You can fill out the Google form below or visit student services.

If you have an urgent matter, please go straight to student services.

Parents and Guardians:

To schedule an appointment with your student's counselor, please contact Ravi Gill, counseling secretary, at 530-674-4900.

Do not complete an appointment request if you are requesting a schedule change.

All schedule change requests will be processed through the Schedule Change Form located in Student Services.

Please allow your counselor 2-3 days for your counselor to respond to your request.
