The ATDMP is a structured, team-based process used in Ypsilanti Community Schools to determine whether a student may benefit from assistive technology (AT) and how to implement it effectively. The process is documented using this two-part form adapted from the WATI model.
⚠️ This form must be completed during the Initial SETT Meeting.
This meeting must include the student’s family and appropriate YCS staff, such as the classroom teacher, speech-language pathologist (SLP), and any relevant ancillary providers (e.g., OT, PT, school psychologist, social worker, etc.).
