All enrollments are done online.  Please click the New Student Enrollment box in order to be sent to the YCJUSD Online Enrollment site.  Once your enrollment has been received, you will be notified.

Transcripts are processed through Parchment.  Please click on the Online Transcript Request box to order your official transcripts.  Transcript requests are processed every Thursday for orders received by noon.  The cost is $7.00 per transcript.  Current students with transcript questions can contact the Registrar's Office.

Replacement Diplomas

Replacement diplomas can be ordered through Herff Jones.  Should you need a replacement diploma, please call 1-800-635-5670.  

Education Verifications

Education Verifications can be requested through Parchment or via fax.  Please be sure to include the student's information release form with all requests.  The YHS Registrar's Fax Number is 909-790-3219.
