2022 Fryer, Galois & Hypatia Math Contests Registration

This year, St. Robert students can write the paper-based Fryer/Galois/Hypatia Math Contest in their home on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 under the supervision of an adult. This is a full-solution contest done on paper. Strong math students in grades 9, 10, or 11 may also sign up.

BEFORE CONTEST DAY, you should pick up a contest package from school.

ON THE DAY OF THE CONTEST,

• the contest paper will be distributed to you electronically

• write the contest between 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• you must be supervised by an adult at home

On April 13, you must return PHYSICAL COPIES of contest materials (solution booklet and student information form) to St. Robert by 3:30 p.m. The school will send the collected materials to Waterloo immediately after. Late submissions or scanned solutions ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

BETWEEN MARCH 8-10, 2022, you must complete the 2 STEPS below:

1. Complete GOOGLE FORM.

2. Make an e-transfer payment of $10 to the email address: srh@ycdsb.ca

In the e-transfer, it is imperative that you state the following information in the message:

> Your full name - for example, Minhee (Marie) Kim (same as Google Form)

> Your grade

> 2022 FGH math contests

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSION FOR REGISTRATION. EMAILS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING MARCH BREAK.
