It's time to vote for your Senior Superlatives! Senior Superlatives are one of our most popular yearbook traditions, in which graduating students will vote on the students they believe carry unique qualities or achievements, such as "Most School Spirit" or "Biggest Class Clown".
Attached below is the google form for senior superlatives, which will be due on May 31st. Please write the full name of the person that you would like to nominate for each superlative. If you are unable to think of an answer, please write N/A.

Attention Grade 12’s
MidTerm Report Cards will be available today Thursday April 16, 2026 after 4pm. Parents/Guardians and students will be able to view Semester 2 digital midterm report cards through the Edsembli CONNECT Online Portal.
Full Disclosure Drop Date Deadline is Tuesday April 21, 2026 by 2:30pm. Courses dropped after this date will be considered full disclosure on the student’s transcript and will transmit to OUAC/OCAS.
OUAC/OCAS Submission for MidTerm marks is Friday April 24, 2026. This is the transmission date to upload all YCDSB students by our Board and will take a day or 2 to reflect in your OUAC/OCAS accounts.
One final reminder – if you want to be considered for the Minister’s Certificate of Recognition for Community Involvement – Community Hours are due to the office by end of day tomorrow - Friday April 17, 2026. Otherwise, to fulfill Graduation Requirements Community Hours are due by Friday May 29, 2026.
YEARBOOK ORDERS
St.Theresa of Lisieux CHS will be offering a yearbook for this school year.
In order to secure your yearbook for this year, your payment is required. Payments will be taken starting April 8, 2026 and will be taken until May 15, 2026 in order to provide numbers with the vendor
The cost to students for the 2025-2026 yearbook is $40.
Anyone who is still wishing to pay after this date will be subject to an increase of $45.

Hello Grade 12's!
Springtime is here and so is Prom season! This year's prom takes place on May 29th at Château Le Parc Event Centre.
The Prom Committee is excited to announce that PROM TICKET SALES will be taking place following the March Break from Monday, March 23rd until Friday, April 3rd.
Students from the Prom Committee made period 2 class visits last week to share some important information with you. Please see below for the information that was shared in case you missed it or you have a second period spare.
Tickets are $140 each.
All Grade 12 students must purchase their OWN ticket through their school day account. You will also be able to purchase a second ticket if you would like to bring a guest.
** PLEASE NOTE: A guest is defined as someone who is an STL student in another grade, or someone who attends another school.
A guest form is required to be filled out - copies are available in the main office - once all signatures are collected the form must be returned to the office and approved by an STL administrator.
Signatures/school seals are not required from administration for guests in college/university programs.
Please be sure to attach a photocopy of the guest's photo ID.
Please return the completed Guest form to the main office by Friday, April 3rd for administration to review.
Any issues with returning the form by this date, please speak to one of the teachers on the prom committee.
Other important points to note:
1. When you purchase your ticket(s) you will sign an online form in SchoolDay indicating that you agree to the rules and regulations set out by the school.
2. Allergies/dietary restrictions/special meals (ie: vegetarian, gluten free) must be reported when purchasing your ticket
3. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: Table sign-up will take place via GOOGLE FORM in the weeks following the completion of ticket sales – please pay attention to the announcements and check your k12 account!
4. PHOTO ID MUST BE PRESENTED by both STL students and their guests upon entry the night of the prom. (acceptable forms of ID include driver’s license, student ID, any government photo ID, etc)
5. STL CODE OF CONDUCT WILL BE IN EFFECT UP UNTIL AND THROUGHOUT THE PROM.
6. There is no re-entry on the night of the prom. Police officers may request to view the contents of your purse/pockets/jackets/bags...
7. Bags or backpacks will not be permitted within the hall (purses are ok!).
8. Prom ends promptly at 12 am. Ensure pick up by 12:15 am the latest.

Class of 2026, this is a big moment. Your final year is flying by, and today is one of those checkpoints that reminds us the finish line is in sight. You’ve earned this, and we’re excited to walk these final steps toward graduation with you. Just a reminder that:
Graduation Registration
Payment for Graduation for the Class of 2026 is DUE THIS WEDNESDAY March 25. Please look under the Products section of School Day where you will find the following 3 options:
Graduation Fee 2026 - Option #3 (Only for students NOT attending Graduation Ceremony) $50
Graduation Fee 2026 - Option #2 (Grad cost, Cap & Tassel) $135
***Please note that this option is only for families that have a graduation gown from a sibling who attended St. Theresa***
Graduation Fee 2026 - Option #1 (Grad cost, new gown, Cap & Tassel) $150

RE: STLH_Grad Photo Retake Class of 2026

If your child needs to book a grad photo retake please take a look at Google Doc #1 and Google Doc #2 for information on how to book an appointment. Photo retake will be taking place in the Library Seminar room on Thursday February 5, 2026 (and on Friday February 6 IF Thursday fully books up).

RE: Student Accounts After Graduation
Starting January 1, 2026, students will be able to access their Google Drive accounts for six months after leaving our board. Following this period, their accounts will be disabled and archived for another six months. Once the archive period ends, the accounts will be permanently deleted from YCDBK12 systems.
Once a student leaves YCDSB, email functionality will not be permitted. For students that have completed all Grad Requirements and NOT returning for Semester 2, your K12 email will no longer be active in February 2026.

Dear Grade 12 Students and Families,
As we approach the Christmas season, we would like to wish all our Grade 12 students and their families a blessed, peaceful, and joyful Christmas break.
As a reminder, several important College and University application dates and scholarship deadlines take place in January. This information has already been shared with students at school; however, we wanted to ensure that parents and guardians are also aware so they can support students during this busy time.
We encourage families to review application portals and scholarship requirements over the break to ensure all submissions are completed on time.
If you have any questions or require clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Guidance Counsellor when we return to the office January 5, 2026.

Regarding Snow Day Dec 10th - Grad Photo ReSchedule
Good afternoon Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2026,
Due to the snow day on Wednesday December 10th, all grad photos scheduled for that day have been moved to Friday, December 19, 2025.
Focus Imaging will contact you directly to confirm your availability for the new date. If you are unable to make that day, you will be able to reschedule with them for another time.
All remaining grad photo appointments (Thursday, December 11th and onward) will continue as planned.
If the Dec.10th snow day has created a conflict with your original appointment (e.g., tests or presentations being moved), please contact Focus Imaging directly at 416-593-6287 or info@focusimaging.ca to reschedule, as appointments are not handled at the school level.
No need to stress, Focus Imaging will make sure every graduate gets their photo taken.

Good morning, Class of 2026,
Just a quick update on grad photo bookings. As of this morning:
203 students have already booked their time slots.
December 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10 are fully booked (with a few scattered openings).
December 11 and 12 still have plenty of availability, with about 40 open slots.
Once these dates fill up, more dates and time slots will be added as needed.
