YRDSB students must access documents and forms with their NON-YRDSB accounts.  Please ensure that you are logged out of your GAPPS account to access the files.

• • 1. Print the 2024 MHH YCDSB/YRDSB Application   OR  the Scarborough Health Network Application and obtain the required signatures for all documents.

    2. Ask two teachers to be references and fill out the teacher reference form.

    3. Obtain all requested supplementary documents.  See the checklist below :

  4. Begin your application as soon as possible as it will take time to get the necessary teacher references, additional documents, and approvals needed for your application package. 

5. Use the Google Form to upload ALL components of the application.  Ask your Guidance Dept. to help if needed.

6. The  Summer School Coordinator will contact you if you qualify for a pre-placement interview
