Team Competition
The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.

On Friday, April 12th, 2024 students will have an opportunity to participate in the YCDSB Math Team Competition based on the Canadian Team Mathematics Contest provided by the University of Waterloo. Teams of 6 secondary school students in any combination of grades will compete in three events: team questions, individual problems and a math relay. Students will share their passion and enthusiasm for mathematics with one another. This event fosters teamwork in an academic setting, promoting a positive outlook on our mathematics curriculum and encourages competition in a proper manner.
More information will be given in March for those students who are interested in participating in this event.
