The Business and Computer Studies teachers at FMM strive to create a learning environment that provides students with the latest trends in business and technology. Our goal is to assist students in becoming life long learners. The FMM Business and Computer programming curriculum teaches risk and strategic management, people-oriented philosophies and environmental decision-making. The curriculum has a real world practicality and focuses on current events and trends to which the students can relate and apply to new concepts.
Through the Business and Computer Studies courses, students will develop their 21st century learning competencies (i.e. critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity and citizenship skills/abilities) as we strive to create an authentic connections with the curriculum in meaningful and memorable ways. This approach enables students to get the most out their classes, and affords them the opportunity to translate critical thinking and business skills into other aspects of their lives.
