REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR Gr. 8 STUDENTS - Entry to FMM in September 2024

Prospective students will need to pay close attention to the registration process for entry into FMM for September 2024. Please follow the directions outlined below depending on which program you are applying for and whether you are currently enrolled in a feeder or a non-feeder school.

Registering for entry into the FMM Comprehensive Programme

Students currently enrolled in FMM Feeder schools: St. Benedict, St. Francis Xavier, Sir Richard W. Scott)

Students currently enrolled in other YCDSB school OR non-YCDSB applicants

STEP 1: Apply to the Programme via the IB Admissions Application 2023 with all supporting documentation 

 DUE Monday December 4th, 2023


STEP 2: IB Admissions Fee of $25 is payable via School Day (Instructions posted below)

STEP 3: Successful applicants will be notified via email by    December 22nd about completing the registration process for entry into FMM 

DO NOT REGISTER in the YCDSB system prior to our communication with you 

STEP 4:  You will receive email notification from the FMM IB Coordinator if your child’s application to the FMM IB Pre-Diploma Programme is successful by Friday December 22, 2023. If you receive notification that your child may begin the IB Pre-Diploma Programme in September 2024, proceed to Step 5 & 6. 


STEP 5: Complete the YCDSB REGISTRATION. Instructions for this process will be provided with your IB acceptance notification.


STEP 6: Submit the Student Activity Fee ($50.00) + IB Programme Fees ($150.00)
