REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR Gr. 8 STUDENTS - Entry to FMM in September 2026
Prospective students will need to pay close attention to the registration process for entry into FMM for September 2026. Please follow the directions outlined below. We offer two programs:
Comprehensive (Academic/Mainstream)
International Baccalaureate (IB)- Speciality Program *Additional program fees apply
ALL YCDSB Students
Information & Registration process will be communicated through your Home School via this S1B form link provided by the YCDSB (Digital YCDSB Registration form: Grade 8 to 9)
YCDSB Deadline to submit the S1B: Wednesday December 3rd, 2025
ALL non-YCDSB Students
Please click on the link below (Easy Register) to submit your registration to the FMM Comprehensive Program (Academic/Mainstream)
The FMM Guidance Department will contact you via email to complete the registration process
YCDSB Deadline to submit: Wednesday December 3rd, 2025
STEP 1: Starting on Friday November 7th at 9am:
Apply to the Program via the
IB Admissions Application 2025
with all supporting documentation
DUE: Friday November 21st, 2025
STEP 2: IB Application Fee of $25 for the 2026-2027 School year is payable via School Day (Instructions posted below)

Successful applicants will be notified via email by November 28th about completing the registration process for entry into FMM
DO NOT REGISTER prior to confirmation of acceptance into the IB Program
Once notified, complete the YCDSB REGISTRATION. Submit the Student Activity Fee ($50.00) + IB Programme Fees ($150.00) via School Day. Instructions for this process will be provided with your IB acceptance email.
APPLICATION WILL OPEN ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 7th at 9am
Please do not complete the YCDSB Registration until you receive notification of acceptance into the FMM IB programme.
Paying for the FMM IB Pre-Diploma Programme Application Fee
School Day Payment Platform Instructions
School Day is the payment portal that is used at Father Michael McGivney Catholic Academy to pay for all items at the school including school trips, course fees, registration fees, and school events. Once your child is accepted at FMM and attends in September, they will receive a unique secure match key which will allow them to see all school items for purchase.
In order to submit the application fee of $25.00 for your child’s application to the FMM Pre-Diploma Programme, please follow the instructions outlined below on how to register for School Day Payment Platform.
Please note that applications will not be processed until the payment has been received.
