YASH LLC ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Panda Blaster (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your choices.
Information collected automatically When you play, third-party services we use may automatically collect certain information from your device, including a device advertising identifier, IP address, device model and operating system version, app interaction and crash data, and general (non-precise) location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect your name, email, or precise GPS location.
Third-party services we use
Google AdMob — to show ads. AdMob may use your advertising ID to provide personalized or non-personalized ads. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — to understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
OneSignal — to send push notifications (if you allow them). https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy
Google Play Billing — to process in-app purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card details; Google handles all payment processing. https://policies.google.com/privacy
How information is used To operate and improve the App, display and measure ads, diagnose crashes and errors, process purchases, and (with permission) send notifications.
Your choices and rights
Ad consent (EEA/UK): when required, the App shows a consent screen before ads load. You can change your choice anytime via the in-app privacy options.
Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Notifications: you can disable push notifications in your device settings.
GDPR (EEA/UK): you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at the email below.
CCPA (California): you have the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of its "sale"/sharing. We do not sell personal information.
Children The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. [If you mark the app as for children/families in Play Console, you MUST comply with Google's Families policy and configure ads accordingly — tell me and I'll adjust this section.]
Data retention Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies (linked above).
Changes We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
