Reflecting on my Goals for the Semester

I would say that i mostly achieve my goals that I had set for myself at the start of the semester. In my photo 1 journey i spent a lot of time trying to capture something cool. If I was going on a run and saw something cool I would stop to try capture it. I started to see things differently especially through all the different tasks that we had. Before, if I saw two trees i wouldn't think much of it but now I see two trees framing the backround and an opportunity for a cool photo. The other main part of my goals was to learn new skills an I would say I achieved this feat. I have learned different ways to compose and to create a more effective photo. Through Lading lines, colour harmony and many other photo assignments I have Learned all these different and valuable ways to compose a photo. In my opinion what it means to be a photographer is anyone that takes photos with intention. What I mean by this is that a ohitigraoher isnt just anybody taking a photograph but someone who thinks about the contents of the photograph and and the angles and the colours to create the best possible photograph. Therfore I believe that I am now a photographer as i put thought nd effort into my photographs and do things with intent. In regard to time managing i thought thinking about the photo assaignment throughout the week worked well as i could complete it throughout the week and if it wasnt finished i could just go on a photo walk and that helped.
