Adding a Printer

  1. Go to Self Service
  2. Choose Printers.
  3. Choose the printer you want to add
  4. Click install

To remove a printer

  1. Go to System Preferences
  2. Choose Printers and Scanners

Click the minus to remove a printer

Double click on a printer if you need to check the status. Sometimes you will have items stuck in the queue. Make sure you clear any jobs and click resume

If you are having trouble printing from Google Docs

  1. Click on Print Using System Dialog
  2. The OSX System dialog box will open
  3. Choose your printer
