Bambu Labs A1 and A1 Mini 3D Printers

We have two A1 printers and three A1 Mini printers available for use in the Lab, with BambuStudio installed on spare laptops.

A variety of PLA filaments are in stock, but if you require something specific, please reach out in advance. Current options include Basic PLA, Silk, Gradient, Marble, Galaxy, and Glow in various colors.

Cricut Maker

We have two Cricut Makers, which can be used here in the lab or signed out for classroom use. This machine uses a blade to cut materials like paper, cardstock, vinyl, and fabric to make projects created in Cricut Design Space (available through Self-Service).

Accessories include:

cutting mats
Cricut-compatible markers and pens
rotary blade
weeding tools
Cricut EasyPress3
Cricut EasyPressMini

Consumable materials available:

fabric
heat transfer vinyl (HTV)
adhesive vinyl
cardstock

LEGO Spike Prime Kits

We have 24 LEGO Spike Prime sets available for use.

Each set contains:

force sensor (force, touch)
color sensor (color, light)
distance sensor
medium motor (rotation)
large motor (rotation)
Spike Prime hub (gyro, accelerometer)
LEGO bricks
coding app (block-based or Python)

Please request sets at least one day in advance so we can ensure the hubs are charged and the firmware is updated.

Sphero Bolt Power Pack

We have three Sphero Bolt kits available for teacher sign-out. Each kit contains 15 robots and is easily transported in a rolling suitcase-style charging case.

xTool P2S Laser Engraver

Thanks to the generous support of the Yarmouth Education Foundation, the Innovation Lab has one xTool P2S laser engraver for use in the lab. The design software, xTool Studio, is available on our spare laptops.

xTool F2 Laser Engraver
