About
Yarmouth High School boys lacrosse began in 1987 and has a long history of deep community involvement and leadership which you can read about here. Today the program is led by Head Coach Jon Miller and Assistant Coaches Sam Miller, Nick Randall and Dave Maxwell. Coach Miller took the helm as Head Coach in 2019 when coach Pearl retired after having been the head coach for 8 years and winning the 2019 State Championship. Coaches (and brothers) Jon and Sam have been a part of all 6 State Championship teams at Yarmouth either as players or coaches. Read more about all the coaches here. The program has produced numerous winning seasons, many league championships, 6 State Championships, dozens of All Americans, Maine State Senior and Underlassmen All Star Team selections and Western Maine Conference All Stars, details of these accomplishments are here. As notable, the program has produced numerous friendships and life long Yarmouth Lacrosse community members who are still coaching, volunteering, and supporting the players and the teams of young men and women in Yarmouth today.
