2023-2024 will be my 19th year teaching. In that time I’ve taught in Topsham, Maine; Maseru, Lesotho, Africa; and Cape Elizabeth, Maine. This will be my sixth year at Yarmouth High School. I hold a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Science in Literacy Education from the University of Southern Maine. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my husband, who is the math lead teacher at HMS, and our two daughters, Kaye (9) and Eloise (6). Kaye will start fourth grade at YES in the fall, and Eloise is starting first grade at Rowe. We enjoy beach walks, hiking, dancing in the kitchen, team sports for kids, gymnastics for kids, and playing Uno while we wait for food at great restaurants. All of that teacher mom energy comes from lots of coffee. 😉
