• 本利用規約はやのせん（以下、「当方」という。）と本アプリを利用する者（以下、「ユーザー」という。）に適用されます。ユーザーは、アルファ版テストに登録することで、本利用規約の全ての項目に同意したものとみなされます。
• このアプリはアルファ版ソフトウェアであり、主に動作テストを目的として公開されています。開発中のため、何らかの障害を引き起こす可能性がありますが、それによる不具合については当方は責任を負いません。
• このアプリを使って作成した動画は、商用利用を含めて自由にご使用いただけます。
• アルファ版テスト申し込みの際に頂いたメールアドレス、お名前は、アルファ版アプリ配布のためのOculusへの登録、テストに関連するお知らせ以外の目的では使用いたしません。また、希望する場合は、メールアドレスを登録から削除することできます。その場合、アルファ版の利用は終了になります。
• 本アプリは、予告なく変更、削除されることがあります。
• 当方は、この利用規約をいつでも変更できるものとします。
• 前項の変更は、ホームページおよび登録されたメールアドレスを用いてユーザーへ通知します。
• 本利用規約の変更は、この通知において指定した日付より効力を生じるものとします。

上記の条件をご確認、ご了承いただいたうえでアルファ版テストに登録し、アプリをダウンロード、インストールしてください。

• Applicable to this Terms of Service yanosen (hereinafter referred to as "Publisher") and those who use this application (hereinafter referred to as "User"). By registering for the alpha test, the user is deemed to have agreed to all items of these terms of use.
• This application is alpha version software, which is mainly released for the purpose of the operation test. Because it is under development, it may cause some malfunctions, but Publisher does not take responsibility for trouble caused by it.
• Videos created using this application can be freely used including commercial use.
• Publisher will not use the e-mail address and name you gave for the alpha test application for purposes other than registration related to Oculus for distribution of alpha version app tests. Also, if you wish, you can delete the mail address from registration. In that case, the use of the alpha version will be terminated.
• This application is subject to change and deletion without notice.
• Publisher shall be able to change this terms of service at any time.
• Changes in the previous clause will be notified to the user using the homepage and the registered e-mail address.
• Changes to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the date specified in the notice.

• Please confirm the above conditions, approve it, register for the alpha version test, download and install the application.
