Our Language Instruction Educational Program (LIEP) Services include: all Limited English Proficient (LEP) students receive language support through LIEP services; content and ESL teachers use the WIDA English Language Development to plan and deliver instruction; Yancey County Schools receive state and federal funds to help support program initiatives which align with Title III requirements.
