I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Yale School of the Environment with research interests in environmental economics and the design of policies that address market imperfections and strengthen resilience to a changing climate. My work examines how imperfect adaptation to climate change and natural disasters generates inefficiencies. In particular, I study household responses to risk, the role of policy design in shaping behavior and welfare, and the strategies cities can adopt to better prepare for climate-related challenges.
