Proposed and helped start the Exploring Quantum Assembly at Lunch (EQUAL) seminar series at UCSB, where students and faculty get together for a weekly research lunch colloquium. More information on the talk series here.

Created a group called WIQI, short for Women in Quantum Information in 2019. Organized biweekly lunches, invited early-career women scientists for colloquia, and organized lab tours to undergraduate and high school students.  More information on the group here.
