Fractions

I am learning to -

• Find fractions of a whole number eg: 5/8 x 72 5x(1/8x72) .

• Change improper fractions to mixed fractions eg: 37/7 = 5 2/7.

• Know common equivalent fractions. eg: ½ = 50/100, ¼ = 25/100.

• Add and subtract by making equivalent fractions eg: 3/4 + 3/8 = 6/8 + 3/8 = 9/8.
