We are so excited for you to join the Yadkin County Schools' family. Please refer to the 2024 Kindergarten Registration schedule and information below.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES AND FORMS for parents of children who will be 5 years old on or before AUGUST 31, 2024 are below. Please complete the online enrollment and drop off forms at your child's school in March or as soon as possible.

Drop the following documents off at your child's home school:

Certified Copy of child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE
IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
PROOF OF RESIDENCY (electric bill, rental/lease agreement, bank statement, for example)

What's next?

Your child's school will be in touch with you in May to schedule a time for an individual screening session. These sessions will likely occur in over the summer and should last around 15 minutes. Teachers are eager to meet your child and welcome him/her to the school family.
