ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES AND FORMS for parents of children who will be 5 years old on or before AUGUST 31, 2023 are below. Please complete the online enrollment and drop off forms at your child's school in March or as soon as possible.

- IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
- PROOF OF RESIDENCY (electric bill, rental/lease agreement, bank statement, for example)

What's next?
Your child's school will be in touch with you in May to schedule a time for an individual screening session. These sessions will likely occur in over the summer and should last around 15 minutes. Teachers are eager to meet your child and welcome him/her to the school family.
