Foxy's Fundraiser

Dear Parents,

We’re excited to kick off our Yorkville Middle School Music Fundraiser in partnership with Yorkville’s own Foxy’s Ice Cream!

Order forms will be sent home with students beginning March 25, 2026, just before Spring Break. Please keep an eye out for them in your student’s backpack.

Fundraiser Details:

• Order Forms and Money Due to Directors: April 9, 2026

  • Please be sure your student includes their name and student ID number

  • Write as legibly as possible

  • All money, checks or cash, are due with the form

• Ice Cream Pick-Up Date: April 30, 2026 from 4:00–7:00 PM at Foxy’s

Each pint is $8, and available flavors include:

• Blue Moon

• Mint Avalanche

• Vanilla

• Zanzibar (Chocolate)

• Chocolate Chip Oat (Vegan/Dairy-Free)

Student Benefit:
For every pint sold, $3.20 will be placed into your child’s individual fundraising account, which can be used toward future music field trips and program-related expenses. This is a great way to directly support your student while also supporting the entire music program!

Important Pick-Up Information:
All ice cream orders must be picked up on April 30 during the scheduled 4:00–7:00 PM time window. Please plan accordingly, as we are not able to store orders beyond that time.
We strongly recommend bringing a cooler or insulated cooler bag to ensure your ice cream stays frozen while transporting and delivering orders.

Volunteers Needed:
We are looking for 8–10 middle school parents to help with ice cream distribution on April 30 from 4–7 PM at Foxy’s. If you’re available to help, please reach out to your child’s director or boosters@yorkvillemusic.org—we’d greatly appreciate it!

Help Us Spread the Word:
We will also be promoting the fundraiser and pick-up date on social media. Please share posts to help us reach more supporters in the community.
