Providing tests for excellence, the Center for Educational Measurement, Inc. (herein called CEM) aims:
To provide and develop personnel testing, psychological, guidance, and measurement services to individuals, education institutions, business firms and industrial establishments, government offices, subdivisions, agencies, or instrumentalities, and other entities requiring testing, psychological, guidance, and measurement services;
To provide facilities for the training of technical, professional or specialized personnel;
To engage and undertake research activities that will increase knowledge of test theory and application in Philippine education and the Filipino learners.
These tests will be conducted via Face-to-face modality.
As for the tests to be conducted, the XASHS Guidance Center has agreed with CEM to conduct two tests, with one for each grade level.
For our Grade 11 students, they will be taking the Panukat ng Pagkataong Pilipino (PPP), a personality test developed by Dr. Annadaisy J. Carlota, designed to determine one's feelings, opinions and behavior. It is not an intelligence or ability test. The PPP assesses a total of 19 personality dimensions that are critical to the assessment of the Filipino personality. The personality dimensions are grouped into three clusters which include: (1) Interpersonal Relations; (2) Personal Traits; (3) Intelligence-Creativity.
As for our Grade 12, they will be taking the CEM Career Interest Profiler.

This is an instrument designed to measure student's interests in the different activities associated with the occupational groups considered in the CEM Profiler. This can be a great starting point in one's search for a career that they would like to pursue, as this interest inventory will look into a personโs likes and dislikes.
The XUSHS Guidance Center collaborated with CEM with hopes of avoiding impartiality of the test results.

Announcement for those who were not able to take the CEM Tests (GRADE 11 & GRADE 12). PLEASE REFER TO THE DETAILS FOUND IN THE POSTER.
Please take note of the following REMINDERS and GUIDELINES that our students must observe in order to take the test:
a.) All students must bring their QR Code and Vaccination Card and/or Vaccination Certificate
b.) All students must bring a #2 pencil (they may also bring sharpeners and erasers)
c.) All students must follow the dress code policy of the school
