EVENT DETAILS:
The event will be on the 15th of February, 2023, Wednesday, from 7:30 AM - 12:00 NN, and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
All Grade 12 students are REQUIRED to join this event.
Students must register via the registration booth found at the entrance of the XUSHS covered courts. To prevent traffic and delay, all students are encouraged to come early.
All Grade 12 students must wear their Face Masks at all times.
All Grade 12 students are expected to behave and act cordially during the session. Any misbehavior and misconduct will be reported to the Prefect of Students.
All scholars are required to undergo a KUMUSTAHAN session with your strand counselor at least once a year. Scholars may come individually and avail of our LETS TALK Sessions, or they may come in groups and avail of our GROUP CONVOS Sessions. Please visit your Guidance Counselor to set up an appointment.
Students with DWS must visit their Strand Guidance Counselors as stipulated in your contract. For ABM and HUMSS, you will have your Formation Sessions on the 18th of February, 2023, Saturday, at 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN. Please bring your contract and please BE ON TIME.
For those who have not yet taken the CEM tests, please approach the TAS Office (TASO) regarding the requisition of special schedules. Please do take note that your clearances will not be signed if you are not able to take the tests.

We are pleased to enclose a letter from Mrs Ong-Ang Ai Boon, General Manager of the Dr Goh Keng Swee Scholarship (GKS) Fund, on the 2023 Dr GKS Scholarship. The scholarship is a private sector scholarship administered by The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS). It was set up by the financial community in Singapore in honour of former Deputy Prime Minister Dr Goh Keng Swee, who fostered Singapore’s economic development and growth as a reputable international financial centre.
Each year, 3 to 4 scholarships are awarded to outstanding individuals from 15 Asia Pacific economies to pursue undergraduate studies at Singaporean universities. Candidates will serve a 3-year bond upon completion of their studies.

2223 - #10 - 2: Testing Services special schedules for CEM tests
For those who have not taken the CEM tests during their designated schedules, the XASHS Guidance Center will be opening up another schedule. This will be on November 26, 2022, Saturday, at 8:00 am.
Please make sure to:
1.) Have your parents fill up the Parent's Response Form which can be accessed by clicking the BUTTON below.
2. Prepare your ADMIT-TO-EXAM slip sent to your student email by the Testing, Admissions and Scholarship Office (TASO)
3. Bring your pencil
4. Be on time (late comers will not be allowed to enter)
For more concerns and queries, please do not hesitate to approach your guidance counselors, or message them via MS Teams.
2223 - #10 - 3: Counseling Services Updates
For the remaining month of October, your Guidance Counselors will continue to utilize an online approach for the LET'S TALK Sessions and Group Convos services. These will be scheduled during your free time to prevent problems with class attendances. However, we will be accepting students who wish to have a FACE-TO-FACE session with us. Please message your strand counselor so that arrangements can be made.
For November, Group Convos will still be done ONLINE during your free time. Arrangements for F2F sessions can be made for small groups but only for groups limited to a maximum of five members. Walk-in counselees are welcome for LET'S TALK Sessions. We still encourage you to utilize the ONLINE APPOINTMENT FORM so that the Guidance Counselors can easily keep track of these appointments. To book an appointment, please click the BUTTON below.
Lastly, we remind all scholars that having one session per year with your Guidance Counselor is a requirement as stipulated in your scholarship contracts. Please do not hesitate to approach your strand counselors to secure an appointment with them.
