Advancing Academic Excellence through Graduate Studies
Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan is committed to the continuous professional growth of its educators. The Faculty Development Support Pathways (FDSP) are strategically designed to:
Enhance academic quality by ensuring that our faculty possess the most qualified, credible, and updated academic training.
Support career advancement by providing the necessary graduate-level credentials required for rank promotion and tenure.
Align our faculty profiles with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Orders and specific Policies, Standards, and Guidelines (PSG).

Pathways B, C, and D 1:1 (One year of service for every 1 year of support)
Note: All grantees must sign a notarized contract before the support begins.
Before submitting your application, please take note of these critical compliance provisions:
No Tandem Support: Generally, pathways cannot be taken in tandem or alternately (except for Pathways B and D). Once you choose a pathway, you must follow it as designed.
No Outside Work: Grantees are strictly prohibited from engaging in part-time work or extra teaching loads during the support period.
One-Time Change: You are allowed only one change in your degree program or institution during your grant, provided it does not delay your completion or increase costs.
