The Office of the Prefect of Students is in charge of the enforcement of rules, regulations, and other school policies. It monitors student attendance and maintains direct contact with the parents on matters related to student discipline and teacher concerns. It receives and validates student excuse letters; and issues admit-to-class permits, clinic and guidance referrals, elevator passes, off-campus activities forms, and campus leave slips and also spearheads community service by students

Summary of the Office of the Prefect of Students' Activities

The Office of the Prefect of Students is responsible for:

1. Enforcement of Rules and Regulations:

   • Ensuring compliance with school policies.

2. Monitoring and Communication:

   • Tracking student attendance.

   • Communicating directly with parents on issues related to student discipline and teacher concerns.

3. Administrative Duties:

   • Receiving and validating student excuse letters.

   • Issuing various permits and referrals, including:

     • Admit-to-class permits

     • Clinic and guidance referrals

     • Guidance referrals

     • Campus leave slips

4. Community Service:

   • Leading and organizing community service activities for students.
