I. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (...)
Fill out the registration form through this link:
https://xu-apply.mastersofterp.com/ApplicationLandingPage/Index/XU
Make sure you have a scanned copy of your valid ID ready for submission.
Pay the testing fee of Php 600 through the payment centers provided in the application portal. Please note that the testing fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once your registration application has been approved, an email shall be sent to you from University Testing Office containing your Permit-to-Exam. Please note that processing may take up to 7 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
II. ADMISSION PROCESS
Check your email sent by the Admission Office for your Entrance Examination Result.
Access the link provided in the email to proceed with your enrollment.
Attach the following requirements:
a. PSA Birth Certificate
b. Transfer of Credentials (non-XU Graduate)
c. Transcript of Records
d. Marriage Contract (if applicable)
Check your email to access your study load and payment instruction.
The Finance Office will verify your payment.
When your payment has been verified, the Registrar’s Office will activate your term. This activation will allow you to start the self-enrolment process.
Check your email from CISO (Computing and Information Services Office) which will contain your SLMIS account and specific instructions for self-enrollment.
Below is the enrollment procedure
Log in to your Student Lifecycle Management and Information System (SLMIS), https://slmis.xu.edu.ph by using your existing SLMIS account.
If you cannot access your account,
a. contact the Computing and Information Services Office (CISO) at 8539800 local 0 or
b. submit a ticket to https://xuhelpdesk.xu.edu.ph.

Upon accessing your SLMIS account, create a screenshot of your ‘My Course History’ via Self Service > Academic Records > My Course History
Fill out the Pre-Enrolment Form and upload a screenshot/scanned copy of your ‘My Course History: https://forms.gle/7DHFRpbYH5hGARQZ9
Check your inbox for an email from your Graduate Program Coordinator containing your approved study load and payment instructions.
Pay the enrollment down payment of Php 4,000.00 and upload a screenshot/scanned copy of payment receipt / validated deposit slip with the full name and reference number.

Check your inbox for an email from cisohelpdesk@xu.edu.ph confirming that your SLMIS account has been term activated.
