If you'd like your students to participate in the TED Ed Club but could do with some guidance, we have prepared a short support course and a question forum to help you.

Can I register my school for TED Ed Clubs and not do the course?
Yes, the course is an assessment to make the registration and preparation of the activity more effective.
Does my school have to register with Ted to participate in the TGNs talks?
No, there is no need. You have to register with TED in case you want to follow top to bottom heir instructions and use the brand.
Volunteers share their time and talent to help drive the ideas revolution in our area, creating a truly unique ideas conference worth spreading.
Duties cover areas such associal networks communication, managing the participating centres or welcoming the participants. Sign up to our volunteer list and we will notify you when and how you can get involved
COMMITTMENT
Being a part of TGNs Talks event is a serious and real commitment, regardless of your role. In addition to the specific tasks you’ll be involved with, we’ll depend on you for periodically the following:
- Follow through on tasks and commitments you sign up for
- Attend organizational meetings
- Attend conference setup prior to the event
- Perform day-of conference setup and duties
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Before the event
- Network dissemination: let people know about our event
During the event
- Registration: Welcoming and verifying attendees entering the conference
- Talent wranglers: Queuing speakers and assisting them with any needs
- Signage: Organizing, assembling, and hanging signage throughout the venue
- Ushers: Directing attendees throughout the venue and answering general questions
- Presenters: present the event to the audience and introduce speakers
After the event
- Transcription: convert the speech from the event recording into texts
- Translation. translate the speach so that the message can be understood by those who don’t speak English
- Network dissemination: spread our speeches all over the world!
