On November 22nd we celebrated Thanksgiving Day at school! It's a very happy day. We write thankful messages to our families and friends and decorate the school with a big turkey. We also make crafts and bring them home to our parents. It's so fun!

This week in the playing corner time we start a new activity. This time we practise the numbers in English while doing some Maths and having fun!
We solve some additions and subtractions to get the ingredients for a magic potion!

The 6th grade students, Nayara and Cloe have been on the radio talking about how they learn English at class. The teachers, Olga Banús (4th grade tutor) and Javi Rodríguez (6th grade tutor) went to accompany the students and they also answer some questions from the interviewer.

In 2nd Primary we have been descovering the human body in the Playing Corners time.
Together, we have built a human skeleton and labled the different parts of our body in English. We have played with words through different games (memory, pictionary) and songs. Here you have two of our favourite songs!

This school year the students of 4th Primary are beginning to work some units in Natural Science.
Now, we are studyng the flower and the plant in English (half of the group goes with Laia and the other half with Olga)
We are having a lot of fun and we learn a lot of Science and English, at the same time!!
Aquest curs els alumnes de 4t de Primària hem començat a treballar alguns temes de ciència en llengua anglesa. Actualment estem aprenent sobre les flors i les plantes (la meitat del grup treballa amb la Laia i l'altra meitat amb l'Olga).
Ens ho estem passant molt bé i prenem moltes coses sobre ciència i anglès al mateix temps!
Este curso los alumnos de 4o de Primaria hemos empezado a trabajar algunos temas de ciencias en inglés. Actualmente estamos aprendiendo sobre las flores y las plantas (la mitad del grupo trabaja con Laia y la otra mitad con Olga).
Lo estamos pasando muy bien y aprendemos muchas cosas sobre ciencias y inglés al mismo tiempo!

This school year we are lucky to be in touch with a school of the United States (New Jersey)
The first activity was designed to know each other. We have made this video, in Spanish and we are waiting for their answer in English.
