Through this project you will be able to check if your habits are as healthy as you think. We will work on four topics that affect our lifestyle: meal routines, rest, sedentariness and sustainable shopping. Analysing these topics we will learn how to deal with them, paying attention on the effects that they have on our life and looking for some tips that can help us with each of them.
