TOO - TOO MUCH - TOO MANY - ENOUGH

TOO: massa. Sempre davant d'adjectius i/o adverbis.

Ex: It's too cold today: Fa massa fred avui.

TOO MUCH: massa (demasiado/demasiada). Utilitzem TOO MUCH davant de noms en SINGULAR.

Ex: There is too much sugar in my coffee: Hi ha massa sucre al meu cafè.

TOO MANY: massa (demasiados/demasiadas). S'utilitza davant de noms en PLURAL.

Ejemplo: There are too many chairs in the room: Hi ha massa cadires a l'habitció.

ENOUGH: suficient/suficientement. Es col·looca de diferent manera depenent de si estem parlant d'un NOM o d'un ADJECTIU:

El col·locarem DAVANT dels noms i DARRERE dels adjectius.

Ex: The man isn't strong enough: L'home no és prou (suficientment) fort.

WRITING TASK: A story.

Write a real story about something that ended well. Hand it to your teacher. And once corrected, include this story in your site under 3rd of ESO with a couple of pictures. Title the story: "well-ended story"

ORAL TASK - STORYTELLING

Tell a story.

PUT YOURSELF IN SITUATION:

Imagine you are a storyteller and you have to go to the nearest school to tell your story to students of 2nd of Primary Education.

Steps:

1. Think of a story you were told in your language when you were little: Little Red Riding Hood, The Wolf and the Seven Kids...

2. Write your story in Catalan.

3. Now, write it in English.

4. Practice telling your story in English.

5. Think of some elements you are going to use to present your story in front of the kids: animation, puppets, shadow play... Prepare the setting (you can include images, light, scents, etc.)

6. Rehearse.

7. Present it in front of the class.

OPTION 2: If you are a very creative student.

Choose a picture and invent a story out of your photo.
