Once you have all your design, it is time to design the brochure for the estate agency.
What additional information do you need to make a useful brochure? Think about these questions:
Who is your audience for this brochure? What is your purpose? (Is it to convince your parents to buy it? Is it to share with your grandparents so they can learn about ecohouses? Is it for people in general to help them if they decide to buy an ecohouse? Is it for yourself, so that you can keep a vivid memory of your ecohouse?)
What qualities of a brochure (maps, diagrams, photos, bulleted lists, etc.) would help you create a brochure that will be useful for your audience?
Look at the content – what details do these documents always contain? Description, directions, price, photos, facilities available in the area (transport links, good school, local shops, etc), details of the estate agent, and so on.
Who? Who is the writer? Who is the audience?
What? What is the purpose of the writing? _
Where? Where does it happen? Where does the action take place? Are there directions?
When? When will it happen? What is the timeframe?
Why? Why are you writing? What is the purpose?
