Erasmus + project

The main aim of this project is to empower our students to effectively engage with food system issues through active problem solving.

Thanks to fostering students' holistic thinking we want they cooperate in an integrated way regarding project activities and disseminate their products and results in the wider community.

Recognizing that the food system intersects with aspects of public health (i.e: chronic illness), equity (i.e.: social inequality and the concentration of economic power) and the environment (i.e.: environmental degradation, climate change) the students become not only informed consumers, but also food citizens who can engage in many facets of the food system, from growing their own food to advocating for policies.

We expect students learn their local and regional food system issues in its many perspectives, then share their reflections on the platform and lastly during the transnational meetings they should be prepared to take action together for a fairer and sustainable food system. In every transnational meeting a student conference, exhibition, workshop will take place.
