As an organization we hope to strengthen competence of our teachers by providing consistent, relevant and accessible training programs and webinars. This is partnered with the development of conscience alongside competence to develop a competent and socially involved educator whose purpose of teaching transcend beyond the classroom through his/her students and ultimately to his/her societal impact.

At the core of the group is the strong desire to create a community that supports one another. The feeling of belonginess is consistently cultivated and strengthened. While the group desires unity and oneness among its members it respects the diversity of the group, both socially and culturally.

Kaagapay Educational Consulting’s core is its strong desire to serve the Filipino teachers in whatever extent it can. Its tasks, programs and events will always be to serve the Filipino teachers. Part of its service is the commitment for highly contextualized and carefully designed assistance.

Sustainability of free trainings and webinars for teachers will always be a challenge but the group will remain committed in the service to the Filipino teachers. This commitment goes with the mission of the group to contribute to the betterment of education in the Philippines through the empowerment of teachers.
