End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and XREAL Games Kft.("Company"), located at Budapest, Hungary, governing your use of our games, including but not limited to A-Tech Cybernetic, Gambit, Zero Caliber VR, Zero Caliber: Reloaded, and Zero Caliber 2 ("Games").

By installing, accessing, or playing our Games, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our Games.

1. License Grant

XREAL Games Kft. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play our Games for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not distribute, sublicense, or modify the Games unless expressly permitted by us.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Games, including but not limited to game content, code, visuals, music, and trademarks, are owned by XREAL Games Kft. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Games.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Games.
Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
Use the Games for commercial purposes without permission.
Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Games.
Violate any applicable laws while using the Games.

4. Multiplayer & Online Services

Some Games include online features, such as multiplayer gameplay. You agree to:

Behave respectfully towards other players.
Avoid cheating, hacking, or any actions that disrupt fair play.
Comply with any additional community guidelines or terms related to online services.
Use multiplayer services at your own risk, as interactions with other players are beyond our control. XREAL Games Kft. is not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior by other users.

5. User Data & Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to provide online services, such as multiplayer functionality. For details, please review our Privacy Policy. If you request data deletion, we will process your request within 48 hours by contacting support@xrealgames.com.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Games if you violate this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Games.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
XREAL Games Kft. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or data corruption resulting from the use of our Games.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Games (if applicable).

8. Updates & Changes

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Games after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.
