Below you’ll find everything from transportation tips to hotel information to make your trip as smooth as possible. We suggest flying into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)—it's about a 20–30 minute drive to Downtown Las Vegas. Once you're there, everything from cocktails to casinos is just a short walk or ride away.
✈️Flying into Las Vegas & Transportation Tips
For guests flying into Las Vegas, you'll arrive at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), which is conveniently located just a 20-min drive from Downtown Las Vegas. Once you’ve landed, getting to Circa is quick and easy, with several transportation options available.
Transportation Options:
Uber & Lyft: Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available at the airport. Pickup locations are clearly marked in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. The estimated cost to Circa or downtown Las Vegas is about $20–$35 depending on traffic and demand, with an average travel time of 15–20 minutes.
Limo Services: For the full Vegas arrival moment, you can pre-book a limo or town car from Harry Reid to Circa. Rates typically start around $60–$100 total depending on the vehicle, with a travel time of about 20–30 minutes. Many companies offer meet-and-greet service right at baggage claim (yes, with a sign and everything). Ideal if you’re traveling in a group.
Taxis: Taxis are also available at designated taxi ranks outside the airport terminals. The fare to the downtown Las Vegas is typically around $25–$40, with similar travel times.
Getting Around Downtown Vegas:
Once you’ve arrived at Circa, The D or a nearby hotel, you’ll find that downtown Las Vegas is very walkable. Many of the major restaurants, bars and entertainment venues are within easy walking distance. If you'd prefer not to walk, rideshare services and taxis are also readily available for short trips.
Is Renting a Car Needed?
For most guests, renting a car isn’t required. Parking can be pricey, and the convenience of rideshare options and the proximity of attractions make it easy to get around without one. If you’re planning on exploring outside downtown or taking day trips, such as to the nearby Red Rock Canyon or Hoover Dam, you can always rent a car for a day or two if needed.
Circa will be our home base for the weekend, with plenty of great room options and an unbeatable vibe we’re excited to enjoy together. That said, we know Vegas can get a little pricier on a big weekend, so feel free to stay wherever works best for you. The D and The Plaza are both just around the corner and offer great alternatives while keeping you close to all the fun.
Located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, it’s sleek, adults-only (21+), and has everything from rooftop views to the world’s largest sportsbook. Most of our weekend events will be held here, so staying at Circa means you’ll be just an elevator ride away from the celebration. We’ve secured a limited room block for guests—details below.
