• Professional development meetings
  • If you are trying to encourage a specific instructional strategy with your teachers we encourage you to try using this website as a resource.
  • A sample agenda is below for structuring a meeting centered on instructional strategies.
• Teacher observations
  • As teachers we understand and expect that there are always areas of growth for our classroom instruction. As you complete teacher observations you may be able to direct teachers to resources on here for growing in a particular area (for instance blended learning or instructional strategies for exceptional learners).
• Mentor teachers and department chairs could use it as a stimulus for one on one teacher discussions
  • As a way to facilitate one on one improvements (especially with new teachers) you may find it helpful to direct teacher mentors to the website. Small group discussions on blended learning in your school could help foster strategies for your school community.
