The day-hike to the Matheran hills was a grand success. It was a much-needed break amid the semester's work stress, and all the participants ensured they extracted as much fun and saved as many memories from this trip as they possibly could. Under the guidance of Prof. Adil and Rushad, the students spent some rainy hours among the cloudy monsoon lush green of the ghats, climbing, slipping, laughing the day away.
To cultivate its creative streak, XAC organized photography and videography competitions, with themes "Elements of Nature" and "Chemistry in Everyday Life" respectively. The outcomes were interesting, as the submissions were a subtle combination of aesthetics in science.
