The much-anticipated TY Farewell 2024, organised by the Student Council in collaboration with the Extra Curricular Committee, was a resounding success, celebrating the journey of our beloved Third Years at St. Xavier's, as we bid them adieu.

Held on 6th April 2024, the event was a culmination of weeks of hard work, friendship, and cherished memories as the batch of 2024 prepared to embark on the next chapter of their lives, and danced the night away in the star-studded college Quadrangle one last time. The simple yet evocative decor carried the nostalgic memories the students have made during their time in our prestigious institution.

With a line-up of nostalgic performances by their juniors and a vibrant ambience, we celebrated the journey and achievements of every outgoing senior. But this wasn't the only surprise - the TYs were also given a souvenir which shall keep them connected to the college and its alumni community by an invisible thread.

The evening was concluded with heartfelt signing-off speeches by the General Secretary of the Student Council, along with the treasurer of the Council and the Cultural Secretary of the Extra Curricular Committee. This was followed by an emotional video-recap of the batch's best moments, leaving many teary-eyed. 

The Student Council and the Extra Curricular Committee worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the farewell was perfectly planned and executed, creating a memorable and emotionally resonant experience for all attendees. 

Although it has been extremely hard to let go of our beloved seniors, we wish them all the best for their future endeavours. Until next time, Cheers!
