St Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Mumbai is one of the best undergraduate colleges in India. In recent years, the College has started offering Masters programmes in various disciplines such as ancient India history, Public Policy and Biotechnology. Research and development are the important aspect of the future growth and expansion plans of the College. Through this research policy, we outline our long-term vision of research in the College and identify immediate and long-term activities to attain the status of a research institution offering best quality research output to the government and other agencies.
