He was Ranked amongst the Ten Best Municipal Councillors of Mumbai City, ranked by Mumbai Mirror in February 2017 out of 232 Municipal Councilors of Mumbai City.
He was Ranked the Best Nominated Municipal Councillor of Mumbai City, ranked by Marathi newspaper ‘Prahar’ in February 2014.
Award of Trophy from "Sahas Foundation" as Visionary Leader of Mumbai, 2016.

Achievements: Was awarded the Smt. Vimal N.Shah (Media Studies) Junior Research Fellowship for my Research Project titled “Indian National Movement and Nationalistic Journalism: With Special Reference to Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi (1907 to 1931) by The Asiatic Society of Mumbai (2017).

Was awarded The UGC Non -NET/ SET Research Fellowship by the Department of History, the University of Mumbai for his Ph.D. Research titled “Critical observation of Changing India: Premchand’s interrogations with the Socio-Cultural and Political reality (1906 to 1936)”.
