Doctora Kempen

I teach Spanish 3, 4 and 5 and Theology 12 here at Xavier.  I grew up in Freedom and attended St. Nicholas School and Freedom High School.  I earned a Ph.D. in Spanish at the University of Wisconsin -- Madison, a master's degree in Spanish at the University of Kansas, and a bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Spanish at Marquette University.  I am currently working on a Master of Theological Studies at St. Norbert College.  When I am not working on school tasks, I enjoy hiking, canoeing, and birdwatching.
