About Mrs. Balthazor:
I have been in the education Field for 24 years. After graduating from Viterbo University December of 1998 with an Art Education degree I joined the Xavier High school team as a part time art teacher. I taught at Xavier High School for 8 years and reteuned in 2020. My family and I enjoy camping, kayaking, and hiking. As and artist I enjoy photography, weaving, fiber arts, and ceramics. This summer I captures nature through photography during our outdoor adventures. I hope to share that excitement to create with the students at Xavier High School. Pablo Picasso stated, "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up." Lets grow as artist together this school year.
