About Mrs. Casimir:
Hi, my name is Leeann Casimir and this is my 9th year at Xavier Middle School. I have two children. My son is a senior at UW Milwaukee and my daughter is a Junior at Wisconsin Lutheran College. I work part time and my days are: Monday and Wednesday all day and Thursday afternoons. I will be working primarily with the 5th grade students. I am excited to be here and to get to know you and your children. I am looking forward to a great year. As school counselors, we offer individual, group, and classroom guidance for the students. The process for referral for a student can come from several sources. Parents may refer their child for guidance by directly speaking with us or sending a request through the teacher or principal. The teachers or principal may also make referrals regarding the student's emotional, social, academic and behavioral well-being. Additionally, many students make self-referrals by speaking directly with us or their teachers.
Our purpose is to help students' personal growth, spiritual growth and emotional growth which can be expected to have positive benefits both on their education and on their overall development.
